Teachers will prepare and provide instructional packets for students in grades PK-2. Packets will be delivered to students at elementary bus stops with meals on Friday, March 20th. The delivery schedule for each school is included below. Packets that are not received on Friday at the bus stops will be returned to the elementary schools and can be picked up in the lobby at your child’s school on Monday, March 23rd between 7:30 am-1:00 pm.
Students who do not have an AM bus stop (car-riders, nonresidents) will pick up their packets at the school on Friday, March 20 between 7:30 AM and 1:00 pm or on Monday between 7:30 am and 1:00 pm.
If schools resume on Monday, March 30, students will return the packet when they return to school. If schools do not resume on March 30, additional information will be provided regarding additional learning packets. If you have questions or need additional support, please contact your child’s school.
Instruction will primarily occur online using Google Classroom and online meeting tools in grades 3-5.
Online instruction will begin on Monday, March 23. Students will access online instruction through their teacher’s website or directions from the teacher.
Instruction- Middle and High School
Instructional staff will work the rest of this week to prepare to continue instruction beginning on Monday, March 23. Instruction will primarily occur online using Google Classroom and online meeting tools in grades 6-12.
Students will access courses through teacher websites on the Student Resources Tab on the school website. The links are below for your convenience. While we anticipate that most information will be available for students to access as needed, some teachers may choose to provide online class sessions. To prevent multiple class sessions from being scheduled at the same time teachers will use the following schedule if they need to schedule a class session. Fridays will be reserved as office hours for communication between teachers and individual students as needed. If you have questions or need additional support, please contact your child’s school.
|If a teacher plans to hold a remote scheduled teaching session, it will take place according to the schedule below. This does not mean that classes will meet daily. Teachers will communicate expectations with students. This schedule will prevent students from having multiple classes having remote “face-to-face” meetings at the same time.|
