The Software Requisition (including online products/subscriptions) and Hardware Requisition links below must be used to obtain approval for the purchase of any software or hardware that connects to the SCS network. Additionally, any software intended to maintain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) should be included within the Software Requisition request form.
Submitting requests through these forms will allow for appropriate vetting of software and hardware purchases.
This includes items like Chat GPT, this should not be purchased without approval through the process. This includes a renewal at this point, if you had it in the past. Please remember we have School AI available.
This process keeps us safer and eliminates duplication of products as well as ensures it is something we can actually support.
